Once FSM completes the Research phase and better understands our clients’ environment and objectives, we will begin our market positioning and planning stage. These are key ingredients in developing a marketing strategy.
Positioning begins through first understanding the customer and buyer’s perception of the client’s offering as it compares to the competition. Based on this data, we may suggest expanding the market, entering into new segments, building acceptance with new clients, and offering new product promotions.
In the planning stage, we develop a “market plan,” which will direct our client on how to execute on the plan and achieve their company objectives.
